AutomateX™ is generally available

Today AutomateX™ is generally available. It is an AI operations subscription with a deliberately plain promise: we build your automations, we run them in production, and we maintain them as your business changes.

The one-off automation project has a predictable life cycle. It works at handoff, drifts as the business changes, and dies the first time an API updates and nobody owns the fix. Six months later the team is back to doing the task by hand, now with a license bill attached. The problem was never building the automation. It was that nobody was accountable for keeping it alive.

Build, run, maintain

• Build: we audit the operation, find the rule-based load (intake, routing, follow-up, reporting, data movement between systems), and engineer the automations, AI-augmented where the return is real and boring where boring is what works.

• Run: the automations execute in production with monitoring on our side. When a workflow fails at 2am, that page goes to us, not to your office manager.

• Maintain: as your tools, team, and processes change, the automations are updated to match. Continuous engineering rather than periodic rescue projects.

Why a subscription

Because automation is an operations function, not a deliverable. Businesses change every month; software that models a business has to change with it. A subscription aligns the incentives: we only win if the systems keep working, which is the same condition under which you win. It is the same logic that keeps our hosting clients with us for five-plus years, applied to the automation layer.

AutomateX grew out of retainer work for SMBs and small enterprises, the businesses large enough to drown in operational load and too small to staff an internal automation team. General availability means the waitlist is gone: onboarding, the initial operations audit, and the build pipeline are open.
