The rules of using Voltihost's services.

By accessing or using the services provided by Voltihost ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

We may change, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted signals acceptance of the new Terms.

Services must be used lawfully and without infringing on the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We exclude responsibility for indirect or consequential damages and for data loss.

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.
• By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action or to sue Voltihost in court.
• Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of an established arbitration body.
• Intellectual property disputes may be brought in court without arbitration.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, the jurisdiction in which Voltihost LLC is established.
