A daily content engine
for a restaurant that cooks
faster than it can post.
El Flamboyan is a Caribbean restaurant with a kitchen that doesn’t slow down. Voltihost runs the social operation behind it: a high-frequency content pipeline spanning Reels, Stories, carousels, and local-search posts, planned weeks out, produced daily, and reviewed before publish.

The brief.
El Flamboyan’s problem wasn’t ideas; it was bandwidth. A busy kitchen couldn’t also write copy, edit Reels, respond to comments, and manage a calendar across every social platform. We took the whole production and review loop off their plate and set a content calendar that runs regardless of how chaotic service gets.
What we built.
Multi-platform content calendar
Rolling calendar covering Reels, carousels, and Stories weeks in advance with draft, peer-review, final-review, and publishing lanes.
Brand-consistent creative pipeline
Templates and production standards so a Reel planned today holds up against a Reel planned last month; revisions cycle in a shared review loop.
Scheduled cross-platform publishing
A scheduling queue so nothing depends on someone being awake to hit publish, with approval gates on posts that tag external accounts.
How we keep it running.
Voltihost isn't a launch-and-leave shop. These are the disciplines we still run for El Flamboyan today.
Daily production
A new Reel lands in-progress roughly every day, with ASMR, texture, family-size-reveal, and seasonal-spotlight formats cycling through the pipeline.
Peer + final review gates
Two-stage review before anything publishes, with same-day revision cycles so nothing ships off-brand.
Content calendar planning
Rolling 2-week lookahead planned against holidays, cultural moments, and menu features.
Story + local-search maintenance
Daily Story frames across platforms and local-business posts so the restaurant’s most-searched surfaces stay fresh.
