Vectr™ is Voltihost's own SMB CRM: one platform for leads, conversations, marketing, and booking. We productized it end to end: the product experience, the marketing site at govectr.com, a searchable help center, and the software work that ties it all together.

The brief.
Vectr is what building a product company inside a studio looks like: naming and brand, product configuration and extension, a full marketing site with feature tours and industry pages, a help center, a lifecycle email program, and the launch go-to-market. It is also the CRM we run our own pipeline on.
What we built.
Product platform
A unified inbox across SMS, email, and social, sales pipelines, booking calendars, automation workflows, and AI chat and voice assistants, packaged as one platform.
Marketing website
govectr.com: scrollytelling feature tours, an integrations catalog, industry pages, pricing, a status page, and an updates hub, built for organic search from day one.
Help center
A searchable knowledge base on its own subdomain so customers self-serve before they ever open a ticket.
Launch go-to-market
Lifecycle email sequences, a launch social calendar, demo videos, and the internal review tooling that keeps all of it on brand.
