    The brief.

    Xposed Designs was overly dependent on a single marketplace and had no owned channels. Our brief: stand up the rest of the digital presence (storefront, email + SMS, paid ads, a content engine, and a unified inbox) at a pace the owner can sustain alongside manufacturing.

    What we built.

    • Branded storefront

      Custom storefront, product catalog with variants (DIY kits, assembled, painted/unpainted, expedited), branded checkout, and variant imagery worked through incrementally with existing photography.

    • Email + SMS foundation

      Owned-channel marketing platform set up end-to-end, list bootstrapped, opt-in flows live: the foundation for the marketing automation roadmap.

    • Managed paid-ads campaign

      Creative set built, reviewed, and revised with the owner; managed ad budget with a 3× ROAS guarantee.

    • Blog + content engine

      Launched the blog (previously none existed) and set up an ongoing content program (tutorials, difficulty rankings, attachment guides) so owned traffic compounds instead of leaking to the marketplace.
